Shipping:
Purchases will be processed for shipping via standard ground with in 48 hrs of our receiving payment and a valid shipping address.
You will receive an email once the item has shipped proving you with the method of shipment and a tracking number.
Actual delivery time varies. Please allow 3 to 10 days for receipt of item after it ships.

Return Policy:
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the order ship date subject to the following fees and procedures.
1) All returns/replacements require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please contact us at MWE2008@comcast.net or by calling 615-306-0505.
2) Unless the return is due to an error on our part or the Item is defective there will be a 10% restock fee and the return shipping cost will be your responsibility.
We sent the wrong item:
If the item received is not what you ordered please contact us immediately for correction. You will not be responsible for restock fees or return shipping charges if the error is ours.
Item Defective:
If you discover that the item you purchased is defective after the package is opened, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund in the event a replacement is not available; Refunds due to defects will be equal to the item(s) purchase price, including shipping & handling.
